The villa offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms and comfortably accommodates a party of eight. Among others, the villa features a well sized pool with attached sunbathing deck as well as an outdoor kitchen with lounge and dining area. The indoor living-dining room has an open kitchen concept and permits for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The bedrooms upstairs have access to a private balcony. While the villa impresses with a soft design it also has a cozy feel to it. Should you travel by car, Villa Rio Verde includes one parking space.
Prior to check-in, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card for a damage deposit amount of 2.500€. This is not an actual charge but a temporary hold, ensuring that funds are available if needed. Please be aware that this hold will be released within 10 days after your departure, provided no significant damages are identified.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 500 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
The tenant must leave a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental price at the time of booking, and the balance of fifty percent (50%) is due one (1) month before the arrival.
Bookings made one (1) month or less prior to the arrival date will incur a one hundred percent (100%) prepayment at the time of booking.
Cancellations made one (1) month or less prior to the arrival date will incur a one hundred percent (100%) charge of the total rental price.
In case of a no show or failed cancellation notification, the amount previously paid will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation of a booking more than thirty (30) days before the arrival, the Tenant has a right to get a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental price if the accommodation was fully paid.
Payments made via credit card have a fee of 3%. This amount will in no case be refunded.
