The house is literally on the very top of the hillside, offering the most amazing views, overlooking the complex’s infinity swimming pool (beautifully illuminated at night) and further the coastline. Whereas many properties pride themselves for their views, this one is indeed unbeatable!
The house itself is bigger than what you would typically expect from a holiday rental. Extending over some 400 square meters on three floors, you will find a big living with open-space modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. The 55’ smart TV will provide you (and your kids!) with evening entertainment from your Netflix or whatever account you use for enjoying a nice movie in the evening.
There are four spacious bedrooms, two on the low and two on the top floor, all of them with bathrooms en suite. There is an additional fifth bathroom on the main floor and a further toilet close to the garage. The low floor offers ample open space for storing your golf and water sports equipment, unless you want to keep it in the garage, which is equally generously designed.
Needless to say that there is a utilities room with a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. Baby chair and baby bed can be provided in case you bring a very little one with you.
The house has a state of the art alarm system that will protect your valuables whilst you are out.
Most noteworthy: The house is beautifully designed and furnished. The owner has just completely renovated in early 2022, including installing a new open-space kitchen, renewal of the entire heating/cooling system and very tasteful full refurbishment together with an interior designer. The atmosphere in the house is light, modern and yet cozy, inspired by Scandinavian concepts and colors.
The house has four terraces, the main one being right adjacent to the living, just a few footsteps away from the large pool that belongs to the complex which consists of eight houses overall, this one being the only one that is rented, the others inhabited exclusively by its owners. The other terrace is on the top floor, shared by the two bedrooms on that floor. There is a further rooftop terrace plus a spacious east-side facing BBQ terrace on the front side of the house. The garden and pool can also directly be accessed from the lower floor’s bedrooms via their sliding windows. The main terrace is equipped with a dining table that comfortably fits eight and a lounge corner. The top floor terrace is ideal for quiet sunbathing, equipped with two sunbeds.
All rooms with A/C, although climate typically so pleasant that it is not needed.
The house is ideal for large families or groups of friends.
